Planned transition to resume motorcycle training.
Road Training
It is our intention to resume training in June, but clearly the format of the courses will have to slightly change to meet current social distancing guidance. Whilst the training and interaction with instructor or second rider can be easily achieved, the main issue is maintaining the rules and reducing risk at comfort breaks. The interim solution will be for riders attending to be self sufficient with food and drinks and if required we will have a list of toilet facilities around the county that can be used. The radios will be disinfected before and after each session and hand sanitizer is an essential new accessory for all riders tool kits!
We have sent emails to all the riders who have been waiting or had their courses postponed.
Off Road
Towards the end of June we will resume at the trials facility. The location is remote and there is no risk from any interaction with third parties. The bikes controls will be frequently disinfected so the only possible interaction will between rider & instructor if assistance is required where rider and bike part company!
Our booking forms have been amended to reflect these changes. Obviously, if we have a second peak we will once again comply with national guidelines.
