Great News for Off Road Facility Bookings

The good news is that we have decided to continue with the ‘off road’ facility despite the set back of having all the bikes and some of the kit stolen. This has however meant that our approach to how we had intended to use the facility has changed. The bikes will now be stored at a secure location off site and will be transported to the venue. The logistics of this we will have to adapt to, but it will mean that we will only have two bikes available and not a third in reserve. Whilst we retained the new helmets it will be up to the riders to ensure they have suitable attire and footwear (ideally old motorcycle kit). When taking the bookings we will ask for helmet size and bring along a few sizes rather than the entire stock. Other than that, everything should be the same as originally intended. We will provide you with the bike and fuel for the day and offer guidance on a range of different terrains where you can develop your basic off road skills.

The damage waiver will still apply in so much that as long as you ride in accordance with guidance and not recklessly, any minor damage you will not be responsible for, however if you ignore the guidance and ride in a reckless manner, which results in significant damage you will be responsible for the repair. We have agreed a pricing structure of £150 a rider and if two friends book at the same time, the cost is reduced to £130 per rider. This means you will have a bike each for the whole duration of the day and personalised tuition. The length of the day will be from 9.30am until 3.30pm. We have already posted numerous photos of the site, but will in the near future produce a video so riders can see the facility. The bikes will accommodate any size/shape rider and the terrain sections will be marked with varying degrees of difficulty. As with the road training, once we agree a date booking documents will be generated and a deposit will be required to secure the place. Again, as with the road training, weekends are at a premium so I have shown those which we intend to ring fence for the off road site and these will be allocated on a first come basis. Weekday bookings will be easier to arrange and these should be easily negotiated. Should you require further details or information do not hesitate in contacting us. Hopefully hear from you soon about making a booking.
